What a Move-Out Clean Covers

An empty home is the best time to reach the spots a regular clean can’t:

  • Inside cupboards, cabinets and vanities
  • Hand-wiped baseboards and blinds
  • Inside the oven and refrigerator
  • Bathrooms top to bottom: showers, tubs, toilets, sinks and mirrors
  • Kitchen counters, stovetop, sinks and appliance exteriors
  • Ceiling fans, window ledges and baseboards dusted
  • Every room vacuumed and mopped

Cleaning for Your Security Deposit

Most leases ask for the home back in clean, move-in ready condition. In Arizona, landlords have 14 business days after move-out to return your deposit or send an itemized list of deductions, and cleaning is a common deduction. A professional move-out clean helps you hand the home back the way your lease asks.

Many leases also require professionally cleaned carpet. We offer carpet cleaning, tile and grout cleaning and window cleaning, so one company can handle the whole move-out.

Selling, Buying or Managing a Rental?

Sellers book us before listing photos and closing. Buyers book us before the furniture arrives. Property managers book us between tenants so homes are ready for the next renter. See our vacation rental and property management cleaning.

What We Don’t Clean

For safety, we do not clean black mold, human or pet waste, or haul trash. We don’t move appliances or lift items over 20 lbs. If the home has any of these, let us know when you book.

It works best when the home is empty, so we can reach inside cabinets and closets and along every baseboard. If some furniture is still there, let us know when you book.
