Terms of Service (TOS)

Hourly Rate & Estimate Policy

At Heavenly Scent Professionals all cleaning services are billed hourly. Any pricing provided online, over the phone, by text, or through our booking system is an estimated cost based on the information provided at the time of booking.

Final pricing may increase or decrease depending on:

  • The actual condition of the home
  • The level of buildup or cleaning required
  • The size and layout of the property
  • Additional rooms, areas, or tasks requested
  • The amount of time needed to complete the service

Our cleaning technicians will assess the home upon arrival and may adjust the estimated service time and total cost if the home requires more or less work than originally expected.

By booking service, customers acknowledge and agree that all quoted prices are estimates only and that final charges are based on the actual time spent cleaning the property.

Cancellation Policy

I understand that I will be charged an automatic $60 late cancellation fee if I cancel my appointment after 5pm the business day before your services or we are unable to be completed due to no power, no hot water, no access, or excessive clutter in the home.

SMS Appointment Reminders and Consent
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Heavenly Scent Professionals, including appointment confirmations, reminders (1–3 messages per week), and scheduling updates. Consent is given via form or checkbox opt-in and is not a condition of receiving services.

Message Frequency and Charges
Typically, 1–3 messages per week the week of your scheduled service, though additional messages may be sent under special circumstances. Standard messaging rates may apply.

Opt-Out Instructions
You can opt out anytime by replying “STOP” to any SMS message. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS reminders, but other notifications may be sent via phone or email.

Consent Verification
Upon opting into SMS reminders, you will receive a confirmation message. Replying “YES” confirms your consent to receive future SMS communications.

Delivery Disclaimer
Heavenly Scent Professionals is not responsible for delays or failures in SMS delivery due to mobile carrier issues.

Data Privacy and Security
Your phone number is securely stored and used only for service-related communications. We comply with federal guidelines and mobile carrier regulations.
