Window/Carpet Cleaning Technician

Job Description:

  • Cleaning Monday through Friday and some Saturdays
  • Complete Carpet, Window, Tile & Grout Cleaning responsibilities
  • Carpet, Tile & Grout Cleaning: Run a Truck mounted carpet cleaning machine.
  • Window Cleaning: Complete inside and out glass cleaning with squeegees. Screen removal and cleaning.
  • Ability to work on high ladders to complete cleaning on 2 story houses.
  • Hours of operation 7:30am to 6pm. No Nights
  • We clean throughout the entire East Valley
  • You will operate as a single technician and/or in a team (Reporting to the office in the morning, cleaning houses throughout the day in our service area, then end the day reporting back to office to clean and replenish van).

Job Benefits:($30,000+ per year after certification)

  • $13 to $15 per hour range depending on experience and certifications plus a Commission on all work completed.

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to balance high quality cleaning with better than average speed
  • Positive attitude to work individually and/or in a team environment
  • Fluent in English
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Able to be added to company insurance.
  • Must be able to pass background check, drug check and e-verify check
  • Must be able to stay active during entire day of cleaning
  • Sales oriented personality for upselling extra features
  • Transportation to and from work
