What a standard cleaning covers
Every standard visit follows the same checklist, so nothing depends on who shows up that day.
All rooms: dust ceiling fans, blinds, window ledges, baseboards and furniture; light tidying; empty trash; vacuum and mop.
Kitchen: countertops, stove top, appliance exteriors, microwave interior, sinks and faucets, spot-cleaned cabinets, floors and trash.
Bathrooms: showers and tubs, toilets, vanity exteriors, sinks and faucets, mirrors and glass, spot-cleaned cabinets, floors and trash.
Bedrooms: dust furniture, clean mirrors, make beds, vacuum and empty trash.
What a deep cleaning adds
A deep clean goes after the buildup a standard visit is not designed to reach.

When to choose a deep clean
- Your first professional cleaning. We recommend a deep clean on every new customer’s first visit. It resets the home so regular visits can keep it there.
- After the holidays. Grease, crumbs and fingerprints from a month of hosting.
- Spring, or any time you want a reset. Arizona dust settles into blinds and baseboards fast.
- Before or after a special event. Pre-party and post-party cleaning both work well as deep cleans.
- Moving in or out. An empty home is the easiest time to get inside every cupboard and vanity.
When standard is enough
If you are on a recurring schedule (weekly, every two weeks or monthly), a standard visit keeps things in shape. Rotate deep items as needed: the oven one visit, the fridge the next, the blinds before company comes. That spreads the cost and keeps the whole house on track.
How pricing works
House cleaning is $85 per hour with a 2-hour minimum, billed by actual time. A deep clean takes more time, so it costs more than a standard visit of the same home. Your price depends on the size of the home, its condition and the add-ons you choose. Extra time is only added with your approval.
We base visits on a team of two cleaners. Sometimes a third joins, which means the same work gets done in less time for the same price. New customers get 2 cleaners for 2 hours for $166, which is 4 labor hours. For an estimate on your home, get a free quote online.
What is never included
To keep our team safe, no cleaning includes black mold, human or pet waste, extermination, clutter pickup, trash hauling or lifting anything over 20 pounds. We do not move appliances or clean above what we can reach from a two-step ladder.
