Terms & Conditions – House Cleaning Special

Offer Details:

• Special Rate: $158 for 2 professional cleaners for up to 2 hours of cleaning service.
   
• Total Labor Time: This special includes 4 total labor hours (2 cleaners x 2 hours).
   
• Additional Time: If your cleaning requires more time, additional hours will be billed at our standard hourly rate.
   
• More Cleaners = Less Time: In some cases, we may assign more than 2 cleaners to your appointment. If so, the total time on-site may be shorter, but the total labor hours will remain the same (e.g., 4 labor hours could be completed in 1 hour by 4 cleaners).
   

Important Notes:

• Scope of Work: This special is ideal for general cleaning tasks. Deep cleaning, move-in/out services, or specialty tasks may require a custom quote.
   
• Availability: Offer is subject to availability and may be limited during peak times.
   
• One-Time Use: This special is valid for first-time customers or one-time cleanings only, unless otherwise agreed upon.
   
• Location Restrictions: Service area restrictions may apply. Please contact us to confirm if your location is eligible.
   
• Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
